1. Standard Returns
All sales on cannabis flower, edibles, and pre-rolls are strictly final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for taste preferences, opened products, or changed minds.
2. Defective Products
If you receive a genuinely defective product (e.g., faulty vape hardware, severe packaging defects, or quality degradation), you have exactly 24 hours from the time of delivery to notify our Dispatch team.
3. The Exchange Process
To initiate a claim, contact us via Live Chat or Email with your Order ID and a clear photo of the issue. Approved claims are eligible for an exact product exchange or store credit. No cash refunds will be issued.
